Yes... it needs that just to start with.

I really think if they put some more effort into the flash music player it would pay them back in sales - it's an amazing app all on its own in terms of sheer utility.

I'd like to see a much more capable player - countdown, VU meters, ID, and maybe the option for a visualizer. It should be a much bigger part of the site IMHO.

If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0

I'll agree w/ you both. I have a Google Chrome CR-48 notebook (ie, Chrome browser only), and I got this to be able to play my music in the browser. I'm rather disappointed to see how barebones the MP3 player is. Three essentials, IMO:

1) Artist/Title display
2) SHUFFLE mode!

While using the mobile app (iPad), I think the visualizer for music would be an awesome, easy update. Random shuffle mode comes in a VERY close second place.

Also I think they should add a search and media player onto the PP software so can easily search a song and play it through that instead of manually search through the web interface or searching through the attached drives. And be able to play Playlists as well.
