There is not limit to the number of files you can view using the Web UI. If you have more files than can fit on one page (most of us do), you should see pagination buttons.
If it isn't as simple as this, please submit a support ticket: http://support.pogoplug.com/requests/anonymous/new

when I log in using the web based access and not pogodrive I can't see all the folders on the drive is there a limit ? The drive is 750g my os is XP and I have tried this on 4 different PC's and it happens on all of them ?
when using the application I can see the drive in My Computer and all of its contents just not when accessing the other way . Thanks

i am facing same issue with active copy.
couldnt find all folders of my hard drive.
