Pogoplug is not being assigned an ip address. 

I've turned the power to the pogoplug and my Netgear router off  a number of times.  When I power the pogoplug on, the following is the sequence of lights 

- both LEDs blink Green for about 15 seconds

- at about 15 second mark, the lower led becomes Solid GREEN.  The TOP LED keeps blinking Green.

- at about 35 seconds, both LEDs go dark (no light)

- at about 40 second mark, the lower LED goes dark (no light), the TOP LED becomes Solid RED

But no ip addresses are being assigned.  I have a netgear FVG318.  I've looked in the list where it shows which ip address is being assigned to what mac address.  The Pogoplug mac address never shows up in the list.
