I've been excited to try to use the new backup feature available with the new firmware. I decided to first download the desktop client and use Active Copy to automatically copy files from my PC to my external drive that is connected to my pogoplug. After getting that to work I planned to identify the remote shared folder of another pogoplug user.
With the desktop client I identified the source and the destination. Immediately upon clicking on "START" I received the message "PPSYNC has stopped working. A program caused the program to stop working correctly..."
Does anyone know why this happened? What do I do now? I can't even find how to load the desktop client again to tweak the settings to see if I can get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
