Hi, I just bought a shiny new Pogoplug primarily to let me stream movies to my 360 as well as having access to the files on my laptop. I've just tried playing a movie on the 360 but it stops after a few seconds on each one I try.

 Am I right in thinking I need to transcode the movies first? Also how long should this process take? I'm currently transcoding a 105min movie - its been going for an hour and hasn't hit 20% yet. Is this normal?
