Pogoplug (white brick) won't start

The bottom light flashes and then goes solid green but the top light just continues to flash. Network interface link light is green solid and yellow light flashes but I cannot get a ping response from it.

You have DHCP turned on in your router? Maybe it is not getting assigned an IP address?

Yes I have DHCP turned on and in fact the unit originally got a DHCP address and I was able to run through the setup wizard and see it via the desktop software. Now it just sits and flashes the top light (bottom light is solid green).
