Try running the Pogoplug Windows app and making sure your credentials are input correctly into the application - if that does not work, you may want to put in a support ticket.
When in windows explorer I see the pogo drive but I can't move files between it and other internal hard drives on the computer. I always get you need admin access and I'm the admin. How do I give it admin status?
