Hi I'm brand new to pogoplug (just opened the box a hour ago).

Anyways I just installed it and my computer found it with no issues.  I plugged in my hard drive like it said to do and it can not find it.  I simply get the error message:

Your Pogoplug enabled device does not have a hard drive attached.

To get started, please attach an external hard drive to any of the available USB ports.

I'm using a Seagate external so I then tried a Western Digital one and again same message.  I have tried different USB ports on it and nothing.

Please advise - Thanks

EDIT:  I guess I should add that one drive is fat32 and one is ntfs
