one query:

i hv a desktop PC, a laptop and the pogoplug is plug into my 3G internet wireless router. All my 2 x 1TB external HDs are plugged into the pogoplug.

1. Both my PC and laptop are installed with the drive application, and both can 'see' the 2x 1TB HDs as network HDs. Question, so when i transfer a file from my PC or laptop to the 2 x 1TB HDs using Window explorer, is the file transferred thru Wifi (PC/laptop wifi direct) or route thru internet(ie. to the pogoplug.com server then back which will use up my d/l and upload bandwidth?

If you access your Pogoplug from the same LAN, all traffic is routed directly to your Pogoplug (including the drive app, Web app and mobile apps). In this case it would not affect your Internet upload bandwidth.

Both wired and wi-fi will work great.
