Hi there,

i'm planning to get an Pogoplug, but befor this, i wanted to ask some of you for your Transfer-Speeds in Local Ethenet, f.e. using Samba or FTP.

I have not tried it via Samba or FTP but I can give you an idea from using my.pogoplug.com via LAN.

I average about 18 MB/Sec but have gone up to as high as 22 or 23.

To use Samba you would need to install a 3rd party app. Same with FTP I believe. (If wrong jump in here guys)

BTW, is this you on MyOpenRouter too?

If so you have given some good info on the WNR3500 and if you got a Pogoplug I am sure you would give some great feedback on it also.
