I've only been at this a couple of days but have some questions. When I access my home hard drives from a WiFi location using mypogoplug, I can see the file structure of the drive but things like photos don't show a photo preview but instead, a question mark. I don't see this when I access at home using the iPod, either from mypogoplug or the Pogoplug app on the iPod. Word document files show up but clicking on the file name does nothing. I would have thought it would load the document just like a Word email attachment does. In an attempt to be able to read a Word document away from home, I hit the download arrow but have no idea what, if anything happened. Where on the iPod does the downloaded file appear? Any help would be appreciated.

If you are on the iPod Touch, you should download the free Pogoplug app from the app store. This will allow you to do what you are trying to do - view photos and open documents, including Word docs. If you use the browser on the iPhone, the photo viewer will not display because it is Flash based, which is not supported on the iPod. If you have any problems, feel free to contact support@pogoplug.com
