So this seems like it should be really simple but I have many movies on my hard drive that I have not been able to watch because when I click to view them all they do is sit on the loading screen...Nothing happens.

I tried fully encoding my movies but all I get is an 11 secnd preview...

Would someone please explaine how I should fix this problem?

I have a blackberry storm, and they play fine to it!

I have a palm pre with the pogp app and I too only get a short preview when playing mp4 video. I even re encoded to a really small video file and still only plays a short preview same length.

ps.. never mind. Just caught the pogo recode info-issue.
Didnt know video is re-encoded.
Not a biggie issue with me, even though it does take some time for the process. I can live with it.

I have video coded MP4 which would otherwise stream to my iPad (when I'm home on network), what settings should I use to tell Pogo to not touch it, I don't think re-encoding is needed, right? Just now, I see the 10 second preview only.

In order to speed up the transcoding process, I transcoded a couple videos into h.264 mp4 files using Handbrake on the computer and then transferring to the external Pogo connected drive. While the files play fine on the computer and when using the iPhone app, they won't stream on my iPad. Why is this? I am using settings that work when files are synced to the iPad with iTunes. Are there other file criteria.
Also why does the pogo recode files that are already in h.264?
Thanks.

Using the pp iPhone app, I can stream movies on my phone but can't get shared movies to stream via the browser. This is on Mac using Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Any suggestions?
