Normally you would have been sent a verification email from our HelpDesk. After verification you would then be able to access your Support queue. I've manually updated your request so now you should be able to access your request.

My recent support ticket from Pogoplug sent a link to click on to respond to the trouble ticket. When I click on this link it opens up a new page and asked for my E-mail & password. When I enter this info and click ok an error message comes up and states.
"You are already registered in the help desk
- You need to verify your email address by clicking the verify link in your welcome mail
- Alternatively, request a new welcome email "
So how the heck can I answer to the link provided when it will get me to the information needed?????
