Could it be possible there is not enough room on the phone for the files?
If not then maybe the zip file got corrupted somehow in the download. Might try downloading again.
The program will not install on my 8310. Message is:
Invalid Configuration - the application "pogoplug" cannot be leaded because some required files are not available.
I have never installed anything else using the desktop manager so I may be missing something but I just followed the directions.
Well then I am out of ideas. You should probably email the guys at beta@pogoplug.com for assistance.
I upgraded the core software then pogo installed just fine. I found the info here
http://www.quickim.com/forum/ftopic60.html
a good ways down the page.
ok... well it installed but when i tried to open it my blackberry would not respond to anything except the end button then went back to normal operation. I just saw that we can download the app from the appworld so i uninstalled the non-functioning program and tried going to app world to get the message "This application is not available on your device or for your carrier." I see from the appworld website that the 8310 is not supported. Any plans on support or is the 8310 particularly odd?
I didn't know it was available in the BBeery App world. Thanks for the heads up. But I would suggest you send an email to support@pogooplug and see if they can help.
I added support for the 8310 and 8320. Please try downloading it from the App World again.
Still showing up as unsupported on the device and website but maybe RIM takes a while to update.

I noticed today that the app is only available on the BlackBerry App world. Not from Pogoplug.com.
I was just fixing to delete App world from my Blackberry, I don't really need it, so I am glad I found that out before I did. It should probably be available both ways.
