Cannot access my pogoplug

Hi, I can see my pogoplug drive in my computer but it shows it's 4TB big and free space is 2TB. My drive is only 640GB. I can explore the drive but I can't copy and paste items or create new folders. May I know what other settings I need to set to be able to use the drive?

I'm using WINXP Pro.
