Is there any way I can find out if anyone is downloading from my Pogoplugged Hard drive?

No worries, I'm up late anyhow, quit smoking recently and now can't sleep. lol.. anyhow your idea was in my Wish List located here, number 9 and 10 I think

I flashed my router with a 3rd party software called "Tomato". I am able to see trends of bandwidth being transmitted and received.

 Do some searching and see if your router is supported.

Yes, I run DD-WRT on my routers here, and have a quite an extensive knowledge in QOS just from my own home experience... The problem with that solution is that i would rather have some kind of indication of what type of traffic is being used by what user. I would love to see u/d stats on each user, and some means of QOS on them.

I find DD-WRT a little better of a firmware for my linksys here in the house, just from experience.
