Steve, if your transcode settings are set to "Auto-generate Full Transcode", any movies added to your Pogoplug, including uploads from your iPhone, will result in a full transcode. If your setting is on "Never" or "Auto-generate preview", you'll have to use my.pogoplug.com to initiate the full transcode.
