No your not. Right now you can only share a folder. Someone else complained about that a few days ago and they were told that individual file sharing is coming soon. Hopefully very soon. :)
I have no idea how the iPhone's folders work but,for now, maybe it's just a matter of changing about how you think of things.
For instance maybe she has a folder for "House#402" in that folder she has a "Client402" and a "Realtor402" folder. She shares the client folder to the client, and the Realtor folder with the Realtor.

I got excited about the new "Archive Copy" feature and thought that perhaps finally my Pogoplug will have some serious value. I convinced my wife who is a realtor to sync her client files. She then asked me to show her how to email a file from her files now on the Pogoplug to a client. Unless I'm missing something you can only share a folder and not just a file. So if my wife wants to share one document from a folder from her iPhone she is still "SOL". This is a lousy oversight if you can imagine needing to send your client one document and perhaps the sellers agent another where the total content of the folder is not appropriate to either recipient.
Am I missing something???

Yes, I thought of such a workaround. The problem is that it's all too dynamic with documents coming and going all day long and she doesn't have access to a computer all the time to shuffle documents around between folders on the Pogoplug. The iPhone app doesn't allow such shuffling either. Dropbox and the Dropbox iPhone app would serve as great models for Pogoplug.
@chesterdkat,
This is a feature we have in the works - we're going to put up a few polls in the next week or so to get some feedback from active users on the most requested feature sets to help us as we refine this year's roadmap. Look for the polls on Pogoplugged - we'd love your feedback there!
thanks,
Jon
