My ext hd crashed so I got another one. Now My transmssion web UI shows that its hung up on the same torrent file that was already complete and I go into the .cong file to reconfig the download dir and it says error because its a "READ ONLY" file? I did read about doing a power cycle but not sure how to or if this will solve my problem.
