Is it possible to disable the media processing thing that pogoplug does upon inserting a new hard drive?

(Unfortunately I have to unplug a 2TB drive from the pogoplug about once every week or two because there is no good way to back up my pogoplug.)

Good question.
First of all you can disable the media processing by going to my.pogoplug.com. Then Settings > Media Settings > Settings for your HD. It should pop up a window that allows you to select your media processing options.

That all being said. I think the default for any new hard drive hooked to the Pogoplug that media processing is off. I believe right now it is set to transcode the first 10 mins.
