I had to change my drive to a new one and in doing this I got My Library name set to NO NAME.

When I try to change this by going to my "P" I get an error message This action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program. When I go to MyPogoplay I can't fine My Library or NO NAME. When I move the drive to my computer I can't find NO NAME on the drive.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill

@Bill

If you haven't already, please contact Support http://support.pogoplug.com/requests/anonymous/new

With some additional detail, we should resolve this fairly quickly.

Christopher,

I tried to go throuth Support which I used some number of months ago with great success but when it ask for the Product Identification (26 characters)I get the error that it is not valid. I tries entering it several times and even copied it from an old note and still rejected.

I am not sure how to get around this problen. I tried the link shown above with the same problen with the Product Identification.

Thanks, Bill

@Bill

Apologies for the frustration. The 26 character ID is not required to submit a request using the webform, exactly 26 characters is enforced in this field though, no hyphens please.

We will create a Support ticket on your behalf. You will hear from us shortly.
