Pogoplug does support partitions. Please submit a ticket to Support at http://support.pogoplug.com/requests/anonymous/new and we'll look into your particular case.

I have a partitioned hard drive attached to my Pogoplug, but I only see one of the partitions. Does Pogoplug support partitioned drives?
