hey guys,

 Is it possible for host one image with a direct url on pogoplug? for example, like imageshack.us. It has direct url for direct access  for one particular image.

You could create a shared folder to an RSS thread and post the link like this

http://my.pogoplug.com/feeds/__lKKdr_7DMtnDMSHaasHA

Or once created copy the filename of the RSS's image and even post it here.

what if the link requires to be a jpg link?

You can just click on the picture in the RSS feed and it will just show the picture and the link with JPG will be in the address bar.
IE,
The one above is
