Gady, can you send a quick note to "support@pogoplug.com" with your description above? We have tested with Hebrew files and are able to see the text correctly, so I want our support guys to take a look and see what's going on with yours. By the way, we are getting ready to add full Hebrew language support for the site and help docs- if you are up for seeing an early preview, let support know in your email and we'll get you set up in our beta group.

Hi,
I'm using a Seagate Dockstar device, which is connected to your pogoplug service. The service works perfectly apart of one thing: Files with Hebrew names are presented as ??????????????.
I investigated the problem and found that the problem appears only if a file named ".ceid" and a directory named ".cedata" appear on the disk that is connected to the Dockstar
When I rename or remove the directory and the file I succeed to see the files Hebrew names perfectly.
I understand that the file and the directory were created by pogoplug to help managing and
indexing the disk. However, without the file and the directory the system still works ok.
The problem is tha after removing the file and the directory the system creats them again and the files names problems returns.
Can somebody advice how I can prevent the system from generating this file and directory?
Gady
