I need to move my pogoplug from my home to my office and am concerned that a change in IP address will necessitate a new account.  I want to keep my same loginin and password if possible.

 What do I need to do to successfully move & set up my PogoPlug to the new location?

Thanks for any assistance!

PogoPlug ROCKS!!!

@Sonicflood

The Pogoplug is not tied to a location or IP address.. Our Service should discover your Pogoplug automatically at the new location seamlessly. Also, your authentication credentials remain unchanged.

If you are going to use it at the office then it will work as long the office firewall allows UDP packets.

Quote from the online manual:
Your Pogoplug enabled device will attempt to send outbound UDP packets through the default gateway assigned by DHCP to service.pogoplug.com port 4365. It expects to be able to hear back UDP from the same host from the same port to the local port it sent them from (which is random). Most NAT routers will have UDP session management that allows outbound UDP to implicitly allow responses back to the source machine and port. If you have custom firewall rules in your router, you will need to add a rule from the Pogoplug enabled device in and out to service.pogoplug.com port 4365.
