My pogoplug is now behind a corporate network with firewalls. Are there any ports that need to be open for the pogoplug to work?

I am not able to connect to my pogoplug now and it tells me this drive is not available. the LED top light tells me its offline.

I believe you've already contacted Support. In brief UDP pot 4365 must be available for your Pogoplug to access the Pogoplug Service.
