I have tried several times to setup my dockstar. The drives are connected to the dockstar and I can see that there are drives connected when I sign into the web interface. When I click on a drive, it just says, "this drive is not available." Also, I could see the drives (and open files) in windows explorer for about 5 minutes. Now I cannot connect to the drives through windows explorer. Just to clarify, I was never able to see the drives on the web interface even though I have restarted this process of setting up several times. I think this may have something to do with my firewall? Not sure, but thanks for the help in advance.

I forgot to add that the light has turned amber.

Left it on overnight and the drives show up on windows explorer, weird. Checked online and still not visible on web interface. Checked Iphone and the drives are visible and I can see and open files. So now it's just the web interface thats not working.

UPDATE: Well I guess it's going from working to not working, back and forth. Now it won't work again seemingly for no reason, the light is now amber again and I cannot access the drives through windows explorer like I was just a minute ago.
