I'm in need of some help. As the topic states, my speeds are glacier slow (roughly 250kb/sec).

I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc..  No use.

Can anyone help me configure this thing.  I've owned it since it was released, but never got around to posting on here until now.  I'm using a laptop connected to a wireless router via cat5, out to my cable modem.  The pp is connected to the wireless.  I'm also using Windoze Vista SP2.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

@badkarma

Are you saying you're getting 250Kb/sec or 250kb/sec transfer speed? The first is equivalent to a 2Mb connection.

For reference http://techallica.com/kilo-bytes-per-second-vs-kilo-bits-per-second-kbps-vs-k...

@badkarma

Please contact support and we'll look into your transfer issues. Feel free to include details like router model (DIR-615?), switches, if any, ethernet cable length...basically anything that can help get to the root of your speed issues.

Shooting from the hip, is the router to which your Pogoplug connected operating at full-duplex?
