Four days without a status update when they have your phone # to call you, can sms you, or email you of the status or estimated repair time. Poor customer service by Tmobile, poor management by Danger\Microsoft, or both? I'm glad I installed open pogo, I could handle a day but not four without some form of explanation or anouncement where I have to call them to find out.
