Why can't folders/files be hidden in the pogo drive? For example, Thumbs.db files (usually hidden) appear as visible and there is no way to force them to be hidden - checking the "hidden file" box in file properties will not take. Arrrgh!

Also, after syncing, some hidden folders are created by the syncing program, with data pertaining to the syncing process. These folders appear as visible on both the web client and the iPhone app ...  I really don't care to share them or see them taking up space on the web client or on the iPhone app.

Can this be changed, please?

I agree. The sync program should have the option to only copy files with extensions specified.

I too would like it if the "Thumbs.db" files would not show up in the Web UI. I've gotten a lot of questions from my not-so-tech-saavy relatives about those files: "What is it?, Make it go away?, Do I download that too?"

Oy vey!!!

To anyone still interested...

I use the Pogoplug drive to access the folders/files I wish to hide and place a dot before the name. This is the same way the .cedata folder is hidden from view via the Web UI.

I'm not sure if this is the best method, but it is functional for me. You may want/need to undo this prior to reconnecting the external drive to a computer, though.
