The website doesn't have a PDF viewer I'm afraid - the two suggestions that I would have:

1) You could download the PDF to your desktop and open it there, or
2) Use the Drive application to rather than my.pogoplug.com to view the file.

The drive app works on Mac and PC, it's free, and you can get it here
