does anyone else have this problem where you can download the entire contens of the folder as <foldername>.zip, but once the download commences, it ends immediately with file sizes ranging from 15- 25 KB. ofcourse the zip wont be able to open

 i had a friend report this to me when she tried to download arecent folder full of pictures.

 im operating on a WD 320gb scorpio

any thoughts appreciated.

Hi,

We've gotten a couple of reports of this behavior. Could you contact support about it? We'd definitely like to know the firmware version of your Pogoplug, the browser used to download the files, and the approximate content of the folder.

The easiest thing is probably to share the folder with one of us (as long as you are comfortable sharing the content with the strangers at Pogoplug).

If you contact support Christopher and/or Adam will get someone looking at it pretty quick.

Same on my end, haven't ever been able to download folders with multiple files.
