During installation, my Pogoplug wanted to upgrade. Okay, fine. How long does this take? It says a few minutes but it has been like 45 minutes now? And both lights are off on the PP. What to do?

Well I had hoped to avoid a four hour wait for a response by using the forum here (well actually I seriously doubt that I'll get any help until tomorrow.) Too bad... I've gone from being very excited to try out this product to frustrated and disappointed.

I am reaching out to you directly because according to your post, you have not received Adam's previous reply. Is this your own mail server? It is possible that our replies are getting blocked at the central server, if that's you setup.
