Hello.  I know this subject has been brought up before, but none of the problems seem to be my exact case.

I have a d-link wireless router (DIR-615) that is plugged into my laptop via ethernet cable.  The pogoplug is plugged into the router, but my transfer speeds are incredibly slow (20-25k/sec).

The  connection is coming from a cable connection (RCA box).

Any help, suggestions would be appreciated.  Also, I'm no tech genius, so dumb it down a bit for me. :)
