if I have navigated to a subfolder and then do a search, does the search return hits for the subfolder and below, or for everything?

I'm running into the exact same problem. I have all my iTunes music and when I get to the subfolder and do a search for Zeppelin, which is at the very bottom of my music folders I don't get any returns. I believe this is a software bug.

My iPhone application search engine seems to find any file within any folder regardless of which folder I have navigated to. I don't have a ton of files yet in my pogo drive as I just started tinkering with it ... maybe that's a factor (?)
