Hey Jason,
I'd definitely appreciate hearing from you on that - it's still beta and we're still doing active development, but I'm not very familiar with Android so any insights you gain from playing around would be helpful!

Why was the Android client removed from the Marketplace? I understand it was beta as is the Linux client but the Android client was one of my primary reasons for purchasing the PogoPlug. Could you kindly put the client back in the marketplace so I can install it on my G1 and experiment with the PogoPlug?
Unless someone has the client they can share.
Much appreciated!
Well, the Android client is working. Needs some work obviously, beta, but I am able to see my drives. I did encounter an issue with a FAT32 drive but I migrated the data to a new drive formatted it with ext3 and put some data back. I can see it. I am not 100% sure FAT32 was the problem or the clonezilla images I had stored on the root of the drive.
I can view some images but scrolling to other images are hit and miss.
I'll conduct some additional testing when I get some time and provide a better feedback report.
I have RepliGo Reader installed and I cannot view any of my PDF documents from my Pogoplug to my Android. Also, I cannot view docs, xls, etc. The only items I have been successful with thus far is jpg files which I can view. Will try to test mp3, music files, and videos this weekend when I have more time.
Still experience a lot of crashes.
I could play mp3s and slide show with jpg. No luck for M$ucks products and pdf.
It would be nice to have the ability to upload and download files to and from Android's SD card to the PogoPlug. Any thought into this idea?
Hey Gents - thanks for the feedback here! We're still in beta on Android so this is a time when we have more flexibility to incorporate feedback. Uploading and downloading files is not on the feature request list as is support for RepliGo. I don't see that either of these are technically infeasible but I can't give you any kind of timeframe on when we could support these. I've been seeing some crashes myself, and that's what's more concerning at the moment - Jason, if you can capture any of these I'd love to try to replicate here.
Again, thanks for the feedback - it's nice to see a few folks using the app!

Rock on!! The Android client is back in the Marketplace. I'm downloading now and will report my experience with the Pogoplug. Fantastic!
