Are the Windows users saying that they can't connect? I have done this a half dozen times and have had no trouble or at least none that anyone has reported.

That's exactly what they're telling me, I can send you a copy of their message if I could upload the .jpg file.

You can just upload it into your post if you wish. You need to be using the advanced editor and then click on the icon that looks like a tree. Advanced editor looks like this. :)

I use a Mac & Safari 4 and the other person uses Windows & Internet Explorer, does that make a difference?

I don't see an upload button on this webpage and I don't have an advanced editor. I can send you a link so that you can download the .jpg file with the windows error message. Let me know what options are available.

You can avoid any Windows error message if you save the file on your Mac using the same program as you or your user will be using on the computer. Make sure that you add the 3-letter filename extension such as .doc when you save the file. This file can then be opened by double-clicking it. On the other hand, if you do not have the same program in PC and Mac versions, you can save your file in RTF or any common format.
