I posted a response to your Support ticket but I believe the problem is non-unique partition or drive names. This is an Operating System limitation. Try renaming the problem partition using the Settings tab at http://my.pogoplug.com

I had partitioned my external drive. I can access both partitions through the web at mypogoplug.com but I can only see one of the partitions when I use the desktop drive application. Any thoughts on this??
