Howdy,

I'm very frusrated with y pogoplug right now. I have sucessfully activted my pogoplug. I can see the drive's files and folders both on the web interface and the windows "P:" drive. But the problem is when I drag and drop files onto the P: drive it will work for about 10-15 minutes and then I get a pop up window that says something like "file xxx could not be copied. The paramter is incorrect." And the P drive becomes completely unuseable. At the same time, the web interface says "Drive Not Available."

Sometimes the drive will recover after about 10 minutes. Sometimes it won't. Usually I'll power the USB drive and the pogo plug down then bring them backk up. I'll power on the pogoplug first and wait fo rhte solid green lights thenplug in the drive.  That usually works. But I'm not going to do thisevery 15 minutes.

The drive is a 750gb Seagate external using usb 2.0. My modem is a Cisco Linksys wrt310n. I'm using AT&T DSL service. Never had any toruble with the DSL modem, router etc. All the other machines on my home network don't have any problem.

hi there, please send a support request to support@pogoplug.com. it sounds like this is a real issue. support will be able to help you further and track down the source of the problem. it sounds like the plug is doing something funky.

Yeah, I'm having a similar problem with files over about 1gb. I sent in a problem ticket as well. the problem does not always appear. In Vista, I can try copying the file two or three times, and it eventually works.
