I am here at work so accessing my drive via the Net.

I gather there is no way to move a folder from one sub-folder to another - that I'll have to wait till I get home and do this as a Drive from within my home net work directly from my PC?

(hope this question made sense).

If your IT department allows it, you can always download and install the drive software so you can access your drive that way at work as well.

Nope, can not install 3rd party software.
Oh, well

sethm1,
To do this with the web app you would copy the files from one folder to either a new folder or one that is already created. Then once done you can delete the files from the original folder.

Not as easy as using the Pogoplug drive software but could be done.

Hmm, I tried (before the original post) but couldn't.
wonder what I did wrong.

hrmm...

Does the pogoplug have software to unzip files? Normally if something won't let me transfer a folder I get around it by making a zip file and sending that. But of course... a zipped file doesn't do you any good unless you can extract it.

theanphibian,
You would not use the PogoPlug to Zip the files. What you would do is just run the Pogoplug drive program and then use it as any other hard drive.

sethm1 was talking about using the Web app. Most folks that own a Pogoplug will just set it up to start the drive program automatically and then use it from there.
