New Pogoplug users often ask the question, "How do I use Pogoplug to collaborate with my family and colleagues?"

You can use Pogoplug's sharing feature to keep everyone up-to-date with recent updates to media and productivity files. Start by sharing a folder to use for collaborating.

• Login to my.pogoplug.com
• Select a folder for sharing, in our example we use a folder called 'Documents'.
• Hover your mouse over 'Documents'.
• Right-click to access the smart menu.
• Select 'Share' to access the 'SHARE' popup menu.

Type in emails for your collaborators in the 'To' text box

Hit the tab button to enter the emails for your collaborators. A delete icon and pull-down arrow will appear next to the actual emails. To allow collaborators to copy or upload files to your newly shared folder, change their privileges to 'Full access'.

Click 'FINISH'. That's it, recipients of this share notification can now upload and copy files to your Pogoplug share. Please note recipients of 'Full access' shares need to login with their password in order to upload files to the share.
