Will there be any sort of trade-up program for customers who JUST purchased the v2 PP and a wifi dongle?? I would so love to have built in wifi and a black PP box rather than pink. This pro version is right on par with the new xbox360 which I also have, awesome blacked out look with built in wireless N.

Is there a list of differences between Pogo Pink and Pogo Black.

Having just bought a Pink Pogoplug in the past two weeks, I think it mean to wave a new version in front of us like that. I have a frighting amount of cables on my desk as it is. How about a break on the wifi dongle for us 'old timers'?

Hmmm... I like the Pogoplug a lot as many of us here will agree with me on that count, but I can't help but feel that it would have been nice to let people know that there would be an upcoming refresh/model. I would have put the extra cash and bought the black one and used that as my main Pogoplug and tuck the second Pink one away for use offsite.
Oh well, maybe it is just me that feels a bit slighted by this.
So now I am here with two pinks when I really would have preferred to have a black one with a pink in the background instead of having to hide my main pink one because it clashes with everything.

I agree. Wish I had known that the Pro was in the product pipeline before I picked up my PP 2 weeks ago. I would have held off. The built-in wireless alone would have made me wait for it.

Pogoplug Pro has a dual-core 750MHz x 2 ARM11 CPU, PogoPink has a 1.2GHz Sheeva ARM9, single-core. PogoPro also has an internal SATA port, PogoPink does not.
