Will this work with my domain? This is, instead of using my.pogoplug.com can I use pogo.mydomain.com?

Great news about the new features! Congrats to the team!
I would really appreciate the possibility to let existing users upgrade to Biz-users, so we dont have to sell our devices and buy new ones. I recon this it is just SW and no HW differences.
Can the Biz be connected to existing models and Active Copy with them?

I'm going to second that notion. I just bought my Pogoplug a few months ago and would hate to have to go sell it at this point. Not to mention, switching from one device to another would probably not make those who use my Pogoplug very happy.
Are pink pogoplug owners going to be given the option to have the same features as the the PogoBiz? I would imagine that since PogoBiz is $300 and PogoPink was $130, then a software upgrade would be somewhere around $170 if the option was even available.

-email support@pogoplug.com with a scan of your original Pogoplug purchase receipt and send it from your Pogoplug account email address
-You will not need to send in your current Pogoplug to get the promo code
-Limit one promo code per existing user
We also will be making some 'Learning Center' videos about the new Pogoplug Biz features and interface.
A timeline:
-The Pogoplug Biz will begin shipping in Mid-August. This is the same plan for timing of the cool new cloud printing feature upgrade to be pushed out to all users.

I appreciate that you value existing customers, but I already have two plugs on different locations and feel quite safe with that setup. So I don't need another plug. Please let me just upgrade my user status to Biz-user.

I hear you. I use a double-Pogoplug set-up now too. We will not have an upgrade path for 'service' only for the near future but it's something we will implement down the line. Stay tuned and we'll give more timeline details as they come in.
