How to Set Up Multi-User Administration on Pogoplug Biz

The Pogoplug Biz gives you the ability to assign an administrator for certain folders on your drive(s) attached to your Pogoplug.
The difference in this feature over just adding a main user that can access everything is that you can now control where they have full administration access.
If you want to allow someone full access to everything just like you have then you can add them into the general settings like this.

You would just click on "Your email address:" (add) and put in their email address. They would then receive a verification email and can set themselves up.
This gives that person full control over everything on your Pogoplug. Depending on what all you are saving on it or your business model you may not what to do this.
That's why with the Pogoplug Biz you can set up administrators that can handle certain folders without the ability to see or change any other files or folders on your Pogoplug.
Even if you don't have sensitive information on your Pogoplug Biz you may still want to use this feature. For instance; say you want to create one folder for different departments. One each for Marketing, Tech and operations. You can do this using the Multi Administration setup so each department has their own folder and management.
Setup your Administrators
To add users to your Pogoplug account, click on the Users Settings tab on the left-side of the settings menu.

Select the Pogoplug enabled device from the drop-down menu that you want to add or edit users for. Then click the “Add User” button. Enter their email address and click OK.

You will then see that they are added.

To restrict access to a certain folder for a specific user, click the Add Folder link and specify the folder you only want the user to have access to.

In this example I added someone with Administration privileges to the Root directory of one drive and just a folder on another drive.

If you notice the drive I gave 'Root' access or full access of the complete drive does not contain a folder name.
If you want to edit the folders they have access to then you can change or remove the setting by clicking the remove link.
You new administrator will receive an email from Pogoplug asking them to create a password for their account.

When they click on "Access it Now" they will be brought to the My.pogoplug.com site and immediately are told they need to create a new password.

Once created they are given some helpful instructions with a link to the learning center if they need more information.

When they close the Pop up window they will then see the folder(s) you have given them access to.
They are also shown how they can download the Pogoplug drive program.

From there they will now see the Pogoplug website that looks exactly the same as what your customers see if you have setup the Custom User Interface previously.

Your new administrator can also go into their own settings area and setup their own email folder to send attachments to and also print to.
They are also only given the choice of folders to send email attachment to as what you have allowed them to manage.
You can add as many folder administrators as you wish and assign them different, the same or overlapping folders.
So I say, spend a few minutes setting up some administrators and let them take over some of your duties. 
This doesnt work! When I create a new user on mu PP Biz it does send the email to the new user, but when I click the Access It Now hyperlink it gets a 404 error. It seems it is trying to access something on my website instead of linking back to the pogo plug website.
